Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a form, start a chat, book an appointment or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about the work you want done. We also keep a record of our conversations with you so that whoever picks up next knows what was already said.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, quote the work, schedule visits, take payment and keep you updated about a job in progress. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number through a form, a chat, a phone call or in person, you agree that we may text you about your enquiry, your quote and your appointments.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors who support our own services, such as the software that delivers the messages, is limited to what those providers need in order to deliver them, and is never shared for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling you or emailing you about work already booked.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work and to tell us how many people visit. It does not build an advertising profile of you.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, apart from anything we are legally required to retain.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to lukiinsako@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
