Terms of service

These terms cover work carried out by Sretni Bicepsi in Zagreb i okolica. Booking work with us means accepting them.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and given in writing before any work starts. The figure on the written estimate is the figure you pay, unless the work itself changes. If we find something on site that changes the job, we stop and tell you before continuing, and nothing extra is charged without your say-so.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling

• Maintenance customers are given a fixed day each week or fortnight.
• Weather moves outdoor work. If your day moves we tell you rather than skipping it silently.
• To cancel or reschedule a visit, give us as much notice as you can. Repeated same-day cancellations may end a maintenance schedule.

Access

We need access to the property on the agreed day, including gates unlocked and vehicles moved where they would block work. If we cannot get access and have not been told in advance, the visit may still be charged.

Payment

Maintenance is billed on the agreed cycle. Project work is billed as set out in the estimate. Late payment may pause further visits until the account is settled.

Your property

We take care on site and we are insured. Tell us before we start about anything buried, fragile or easily missed: irrigation lines, low-voltage cable, pet fencing, septic covers, new planting. We cannot be responsible for damage to something hidden that we were not told about.

Plants and lawns

Living things respond to weather, soil and water in ways nobody controls. We will recommend what suits your conditions and plant it properly, but we cannot guarantee that any given plant or lawn will thrive.

Workmanship

Cancelling a maintenance schedule

Either side can end a maintenance schedule with reasonable notice. Visits already carried out are payable.
